Review the currency and total before paying. Your bank or provider may impose its own conversion or transaction charges.
Available methods and payment details
Choose from the methods actually displayed for your checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, device and transaction.
Payment credentials are processed through Shopify checkout and the selected payment service. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords through support channels.
Total price and promotions
The order summary displays goods, selected options, applicable discounts, shipping and any tax collected before payment.

We do not add an undisclosed handling fee afterward. Any offer restrictions must be disclosed with the offer. Review the final discount and total before completing payment.
Authorization, charge and order status
A provider may authorize funds before completing a charge. An authorization is not necessarily a settled payment. Order acknowledgment, payment confirmation and dispatch are separate events.
If payment or availability prevents fulfillment, we contact you about the options. We do not collect an additional amount without your agreement.
Failed or duplicate transactions
Check your confirmation email and provider's transaction status before retrying a failed payment. Contact us if you suspect a duplicate or incorrect charge.
Supply the order number, date, amount and description without card security credentials. An unused authorization is released through the provider rather than refunded as a captured payment.
Cancellation and refunds
For new orders, request convenience cancellation within 15 minutes after ordering. We assess receipt time and fulfillment status.
We initiate an accepted cancellation refund promptly after confirmation or arrange release of an uncaptured authorization as applicable. A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full, including shipping paid.
For a return that has been received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after approval. Our administrative business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
A bank or provider commonly needs an additional 3–5 business days to post an initiated refund, but timing varies and can be longer. Mandatory reimbursement deadlines take priority.
Refunds go to the original payment method where supported. We do not require store credit instead of a monetary refund without your agreement. If the original method cannot receive it, we work with you and the provider on a lawful alternative.
Return postage and original delivery charges
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. We bear the appropriate return cost for defective, damaged or incorrect goods or our error. No restocking fee or separate return-processing fee applies. The Return and Refund Policy gives complete instructions and destination information.
For an ordinary return, the provided USD $3.99 Fast Shipping service is not refunded unless law requires otherwise. Free Shipping refunds do not deduct a notional outbound shipping cost.
For seller-responsibility refunds, related delivery charges are refunded as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
